EXTRA BRUT MAGNUM

Although we release a limited-edition Extra Brut every year, we alternate between a standard 0.75-liter bottle and a magnum format. With its low dosage of just 4 g/L, this cuvée introduces a distinctive new character to the line of Kreinbacher sparkling wines.

Made from a blend of Chardonnay, Furmint, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc, and aged on the lees for 56 months, this sparkling wine is based on the 2020 vintage, complemented by 18% reserve wines. Four percent of the base wine was aged in oak barrels for six months.

Thanks to the magnum maturation, its bubbles are creamy, but at the same time its acids have character and its aftertaste is definitely salty and mineral. For the fans of the extreme dry style.
